We are seeking an individual with a passion for creating helpful, educational materials, while condensing complex information into an easily digestible and manner, and who is willing to bring new ideas on utilizing materials to increase productivity and effectiveness throughout our organization.

The Instructional & Product Enablement Specialist will have the opportunity to work with a variety of internal stakeholders to define ongoing sales development strategies, including planning and developing new product trainings, special initiative roll-outs, and ongoing materials & collateral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Lee Enterprises’ products, solutions, and organizational structure
  • Build and maintain valued relationships with key internal stakeholders, and act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Design, and Product teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity for sales and product advancement
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine scopes, topics, and requirements for learning development projects
    • Create experiential learning and product material development roadmaps
    • Lead content outline, creation and design of client facing collateral including – pitch decks, promotional / incentives, brochures, flyers, media kits, post cards, and more
    • Work with internal stakeholders to estimate, monitor, adjust and communicate deadlines as needed
    • Streamline messaging, flow and voice of materials to develop a cohesive brand solution “kit” that translates easily between solution sets
  • Oversee internal communication projects such as newsletter and sales portals for Lee Enterprises sales organization
  • Contribute to overall operating process and procedures for continued improvement and efficiencies

Skill & Experience Requirements

  • 4 Year College Degree, preferably in related field
  • Sales experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated ability analyze and transform in-depth information into easy to digest learning and sales facing materials
  • Strong project management skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, and verbal & written communications skills
  • Highly organized and detail driven
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to handle changing priorities and requests from multiple team members
  • Desire to stay current with the latest marketing trends
  • Self-starter with ability to seek out solutions and ask for help when needed
