We are looking for a qualified candidate to assist in the setup, development and growth of new solutions and initiatives that serve our clients’ marketing purposes. He/she will serve in a key role to aid our company in providing an exceptional client experience.

The Marketing Project Coordinator will oversee a specific set of projects related to a new company initiatives, and must have experience working in workflow process tools, managing high volumes of data, and working with both internal and external teams. He/she will be responsible for the coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of marketing and operational projects, on behalf of our clients. The Marketing Project Coordinator may work independently or may support other fulfillment teams and Project Managers on assignments to specific client projects. Qualified candidates will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, and be a self-starter with industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Lee Enterprises’ products and solutions
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams to fulfill key solutions for clients, including but not limited to:
    • Technical (non-creative) ad setup, configuration & creation
    • eCommerce, MLS & automotive data feed implementation within ad platforms and 3rd party solutions
    • Setup and configuration of website page templates, using drag/drop and content tagging functionality in Blox platform
    • eCommerce Profile/Channel creation across channels such as (but not limited to) Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Shopify, Facebook, Wayfair, Walmart, HomeDepot, Lowe’s, and Okanjo
    • Client inventory setup on channels such as (but not limited to) Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Shopify, Facebook, Wayfair, Walmart, HomeDepot, Lowe’s, and Okanjo
    • Content creation for ecommerce channels, including product descriptions, store descriptions, and occasionally ad copy
  • Work directly with sellers and internal teams as needed to facilitate communications on proofing and approval on campaign creatives, ad proofs, and any other correspondences necessary regarding the launch of or maintenance of a campaign utilizing elements you oversee
  • Manage seller expectations and team communication flow as they relate to campaign/project requirements, design, development and campaign delivery for elements you oversee
  • Identify and troubleshoot process challenges and assist in the creation of solutions to solve them
  • Work with Client Success, Amplified Insights and sales teams to establish and measure client eCommerce KPIs and provide analysis for success
