In order to ensure we can accommodate all client marketing needs, please adhere to the below time frames and requests.
*Please note that monthly reporting will still be available during normal time frames.*
Deadlines
- Agency Creative: Turnaround times will be communicated when request is received. Memorial Day (05/30) will not be included in the turnaround time.
- Digital Campaigns: Creative changes, edits, or any order scheduled to go live 05/28 – 06/01 must be submitted with ready materials by close of business on 05/25.
- Mobile Location or IP Targeting: Campaigns needing to go live 05/28 – 06/01 must be submitted with ready materials by close of business 05/24.
- Email Marketing: Orders for deployment 05/28 – 06/01 must be submitted with ready materials by close of business 05/25.
- New PPC Builds: Orders needed to go live 05/28 – 06/01 must be submitted by close of business on 05/23.
- RFPs (Strategic Agency Proposals): Turnaround times will be communicated when request is received. Memorial Day (05/30) will not be included in the turnaround time.
- SEO: New campaigns needing to go live 06/01 must be submitted by close of business on 05/25.
- Smart Send: To ensure a timely delivery, any texts for managed service clients needed to go live before 05/30 must be requested by Noon on 05/25.
- Social Media Advertising: Any edits or requests needed to go live 05/28 – 06/01 must be submitted with ready materials and proper access by close of business on 05/25.
- Social Presence & Reputation: Any edits or requests needed to go live before 05/30 must be submitted by Noon on 05/23.
- Website Changes/Edits: Any edits or requests needed to go live before 05/30 must be submitted by Noon on 05/24.
- Vision: No platform support and/or fulfillment will be available on 05/30.
- SEM & Social Campaigns: Any new orders or campaign revisions needing to go live 05/27 – 06/01 must be submitted by 10am local time on 05/24.
- All Other Campaign Types: Any new orders needing to go live 05/27 – 05/31 must be submitted by 3pm local time on 05/27.
