We are looking for a qualified candidate to measure, monitor, and provide valuable data points and insights related to the performance of our strategic campaigns.

Position Summary:

To support the sales, client experience managers, and clients by reviewing and analyzing campaign performance for strategic level campaigns. Create custom and semi-custom campaign reports that drive retention, upsell and renewal opportunities, driven by data, insights and client relevant “storylines”.  Partner with the fulfillment team on campaign QA, review and optimization. Participate in internal and external meetings as needed for top tier strategic campaigns.

 Position Responsibilities:

  • Review and monitor campaign performance, analyzing data and providing insights to internal teams relating to optimizations and renewal/upsell opportunities.
  • Create custom and semi-custom campaign reports for all Strategic-level campaigns as needed (this includes monthly, quarterly, and campaign end reports as needed on an account by account basis).
  • Collaborate with and deliver optimization suggestions to Paid Media Managers taking into consideration client goals and feedback, trends, and more.
  • Partner with internal teams during campaign set up phase, initial campaign QA and ongoing campaign health checks.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings as necessary, bringing subject matter expertise to conversations about delivery, performance, capabilities, and more.
  • Assist in the development of case studies by identifying applicable accounts and campaigns, compiling necessary information, and working with internal teams for completion.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by direct manager and/or Regional Director to meet business needs.

  • Stay up-to-date and maintain a thorough understanding of digital marketing industry news and advancements, consumer trends, marketing and advertising best practices, advertising platforms and features, and internal product and service offerings.
  • Maintain certificates of completion and thorough understanding of assigned certification topics.
  • Approach all situations with a ‘can-do’ attitude and aim to find solutions in areas of challenge.
  • Maintain exceptional interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
  • Respond to requests and communication with a response or confirmation receipt within turnaround times provided by leadership.
  • Maintain the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


  • High proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Drive, GTM, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Trade Desk, Tap Clicks, Slack, Box and Trello
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in all digital solutions and their capabilities
  • Thorough understanding of GA and all conversion tracking capabilities
  • Ability to learn new web-based research and data programs/tools
