Pre Sale*:

Strategic Client Experience, Insights, Creative, & Proposal Development

Strategic client turnaround times vary based on the complexities of components/deliverables involved. The below are estimates only.

  • Pre-Sale
    • Unpack Call: within 2 business days following request submission
    • Strategic Proposal with Custom Insights: estimated 4-6 business days  from the day of unpack call
    • Strategic Proposal with Custom Insights & Agency Creative: estimated 6-8 business days from the day of unpack call
    • Strategic Proposal with Custom Content, Concept Development, & Agency Creative: estimated 8-10 business days
    • Proposal Review: within 1 business day prior to presentation, to allow for changes/revisions
    • Pre-Sale Creative Concepts: 3-5 business days following date form is received
  • 1st Party Data Analysis: estimated 10-15 business days after data has been received
  • Pre Needs Insights Only Deliverables (only available through central sales):
    • Pre-Call Research Report: estimated 2-3 business days
    • 360Pre-Needs Analysis: estimated 3-4 business days
  • Post-Sale
    • Initial Intake Call: within 2 business days following order submission
    • Monthly Performance Summary: available for review within the first 10 business days of the month
    • Quarterly Reporting Summit: available for review within the first 15 business days of the month

Ad Hoc Pre Sale*:

  • Media Avails/Impressions: 1-2 business days business days after receipt
  • Custom Website Quote: 5 business days after receipt of all applicable information to create the quote
  • Quick Pitch Re-Purpose Creative Concepts: 5 business days (subject to scheduling & availability)

    *Amplified reserves the right to communicate reasonable time frames for large scale projects based on volume and complexity (i.e. multi-store grocer, QSR franchise, complex casino database, etc.).

    Post Sale

    • Blog Posts: up to 5 business days from receipt of all necessary information
    • Branded Content: An interview will be scheduled in within 2 business days of receiving the completed intake form
      • If content is provided, the process will move directly into article proofing and creation, pending receipt of all materials
      • A proof will be typically be ready within 7 business days from the interview or content received
    • Content Creation: When part of a website build, content is delivered with website proof. When not part of a website build, estimated turnaround time will be discussed during kick-off call, and is dependent upon the amount of content and material/information provided. Approximate turnaround time for 5 pages of content is 10 business days from kick-off.
    • Directory Listing, Claiming, & Search Engine Registration: 
      • Registration: 3-5 days after kick-off call
      • Verification: 1-2 weeks later
    • Facebook Device ID Campaign Creation: up to 5 business days
      • Facebook Device ID reporting can take up to 10 days following the end of a campaign
    • Facebook Ad Campaign Creation (paid): up to 2 business days
    • IP Targeting: 2 business days
    • IP List Matching: 2-5 business days
    • LinkedIn Ad Campaign Creation (paid): up to 2 business days
    • PPC Campaign Creation: up to 5 business days
    • Premium Cannabis Network: 3-5 business days
    • Programmatic Campaign Creation: up to 2 business days
    • Reputation Management: 1-2 weeks, pending kick-off call and receipt of information from client
    • Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Kick-Off Call: we will reach out within 3-5 business days after the start date of the campaign to schedule the kick-off call
    • Smart Send Kick-Off Call: if order is received with requested call time(s), a Smart Send Account Manager will schedule the call within 1-2 business days of receipt (every attempt will be made to accommodate the requested times)
      • If the order is received without requested call time(s), a Smart Send Account Manager will reach out to the client for scheduling within 1-2 business days
    • Social Media Management: 1-2 weeks, pending kick-off call and receipt of information from client
    • Social Contest: 3-5 business days, pending contest type & placements
    • Targeted Email Campaigns: up to 2 business days
      • Targeted Email Convert Creative to HTML Proof: up to 2 business days
      • Targeted Email Add-On Products: up to 3 business days
    • Video & Audio Production: up to 10 business days post production shoot date
    • Waze: up to 5 business days
    • Website Build (Standard 5 pages): 4-6 weeks after receipt of all content
    • Website Build (Standard 10 pages): 6-10 weeks after receipt of all content
    • Website Build (Custom): Custom, depending on scope of site. Project Manager will advise on turnaround times. Sites are typically not pushed live on Friday for quality assurance purposes.
    • Website Landing Page: 1-2 weeks after receipt of all content

    Kick-Off Calls for Social, Reputation, & Website: every attempt will be made to contact your client for kickoff call times within 2 business days of receipt of accurate order information. Please let your Account Manager know of 3 availability options. 

    Post Sale Campaign Processing

    • Creative Changes (sold campaigns): 2-4 business days from receipt of request, dependent upon number of ads & ad types
    • Review Response: 2-4 business days
    • Social Post Updates (sent to fulfillment): up to 2 business days
    • Smart Send Managed Services (text updates/changes): up to 2 business days (managed service clients will continue to receive monthly check-ins)
    • Website Changes: 3-4 business days for standard website changes (if your website change should exceed this timeframe, the Support team will advise on a custom turnaround timeframe)
    Media Campaign Changes
    • PPC Ad Copy/Keyword Focus Changes: 2-3 business days
    • Update Creatives: up to 2 business days
    • Stop or Pause Campaign: up to 2 business days
