The Holiday Season is upon us and we want all of our clients to receive the support they need during this busy time of year!

Our offices will be closed on December 24 and December 31. Additionally, we will close at Noon on December 23 & December 30.

In order to ensure we can accommodate all client marketing needs during the Holidays, please adhere to the below time frames and requests.

Our office will be closed at Noon on Thursday, 12/23 through 12/24. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, 12/27. In order to ensure we can accommodate all client marketing needs, please adhere to the below time frames and requests.

Due to an anticipated influx in requests throughout the holiday season, rush requests may not be accommodated and extended timelines may be communicated by respective teams as necessary.

Please note that monthly reporting will still be available during normal time frames.

Deadlines

  • Agency Creative: Turnaround times will be communicated when request is received. 12/23 and 12/24 will not be included in the turnaround time.
  • Digital Campaigns: Creative changes, edits, or any order scheduled to go live 12/23 – 12/26 must be submitted with ready materials by close of business on 12/20
    • Mobile Location or IP Targeting: Campaigns needing to go live 12/23 – 12/26 must be submitted with ready materials by close of business 12/16
  • Email Marketing: Orders for deployment 12/23 – 12/27 must be submitted with ready materials by close of business 12/20
  • New PPC Builds: Orders needed to go live 12/23 – 12/26 must be submitted by close of business on 12/15
  • RFPs (Strategic Agency Proposals): Turnaround times will be communicated when request is received. 12/23 and 12/24 will not be included in the turnaround time.
  • SEO: New campaigns needing to go live by 12/23 – 12/26 must be submitted by close of business on 12/15
  • Smart Send: To ensure a timely delivery, any texts for managed service clients needed to go live 12/26 – 12/26 must be requested by Noon on 12/20
  • Social Media Advertising: Any edits or requests needed to go live 12/23 – 12/26 must be submitted with ready materials and proper access by close of business on 12/20
  • Social Presence & Reputation: Any edits or requests needed to go live 12/23 -12/26 must be submitted by Noon on 12/20
  • Website Changes/Edits: Any edits or requests needed to go live 12/23 – 12/26 must be submitted by Noon on 12/20
  • Vision: No platform support and/or fulfillment will be available after Noon on 12/23 through 12/24
    • SEM & Social Campaigns:
      • Any new orders or campaign revisions needing to go live 12/23 – 12/26 must be submitted by 3pm CST on 12/21
      • All Other Campaign Types:
        • Any new orders needing to go live 12/23 – 12/26 must be submitted by 2pm CST on 12/22
