The Holiday Season is upon us and we want all of our clients to receive the support they need during this busy time of year!

Our offices will be closed on November 26 & 27, December 25, and January 1. Additionally, we will be operating with a limited staff on December 24 & 31 beginning at 12pm CST.

In order to ensure we can accommodate all client marketing needs during the Holidays, please adhere to the below time frames and requests.

Holiday Deadlines & Turnaround Times

Thanksgiving Deadlines & Turnaround Times

Our office will be closed on November 26 & 27. Please see below for more information regarding deadlines, turn-around times, & emergency contacts.

All standard turnaround times apply to business days only. For reference 11/26 & 11/27 will not count toward turnaround times for creative requests or RFPs.

Due to an anticipated influx in requests throughout the holiday season, rush requests may not be accommodated and extended timelines may be communicated be respective teams as necessary.

Content Creation: Orders needed for proofing 11/25- 11/30 must be submitted by close of business on November 18

Digital Campaigns: Creative changes, edits, or any order scheduled to go live 11/26 – 11/30 must be submitted with ready materials by 12pm CST on November 23

Email Marketing: Orders for deployment 11/26 – 11/30 must be submitted with ready materials by close of business on November 23

New PPC Builds: Orders needed to go live 11/26 – 11/30 must be submitted by close of business on November 18

Smart Send: To ensure a timely delivery, any texts for managed service clients needed to go live 11/26 – 11/30 must be requested by close of business on November 23

Social Media Requests: Any edits or requests needed to go live 11/26 – 11/30 must be submitted by close of business on November 23

Website Changes/Edits: Any edits or requests needed to go live 11/26 – 11/30 must be submitted by close of business on November 23

The Amplified team has put together a templated email to share with clients. You are welcome to edit this template as it makes sense for you.

The Holiday season is upon us and Amplified Digital wants to ensure you have the support you need during this busy time of year!

In an effort to ensure we can accommodate your marketing needs quickly and efficiently, please see our important note below regarding days our offices are closed and who to contact.

Our offices will be closed on November 26 & 27, December 25, and January 1. Additionally, we will be operating with a reduced staff on December 24 & 31 after 12pm CST.

General information regarding website updates: If you are submitting a coupon or promotion that will need to be removed from your website between the dates of 11/26 – 11/29 or 12/23 – 12/27, we request that you add an expiration date to the coupon. We will make it a priority to remove these items when return to the office with full staff on November 20 and December 28, respectively.

Website Emergencies: In the event of an emergency while the office is closed, please contact our support channels (support@leelocal.com or social@leelocal.com) as you normally would. For your convenience, we will have an on call contact listed in our out of office reply (this contact changes each holiday).
