Meet Erica Maurer! Erica is a Partner Development Manager with Amplified Digital in St. Louis, Missouri.
Erica has been with Amplified for almost a year, and she loves the people and the leadership at the company. She says that “the level of respect and trust upper management has for the team is truly amazing.” She was immediately attracted to her position after her first interview because everyone on the management team was so genuine that it truly stuck out to her against any other company she spoke with.
Erica most values the opportunity Amplified has provided her to work with many talented and smart coworkers who truly care about what they do. She enjoys that her position has a lot to do with digital because it always gives her something new to learn. Erica describes Amplified as supportive, collaborative and fun!
On an ideal day off, Erica would start with a tough morning workout, followed by a day in the sun – preferably on the beach or by a pool. She enjoys following the St. Louis Blues and Cardinals and will listen to any kind of music from country to rock and even oldies. She is inspired by Oprah Winfrey because “she’s done so many amazing things to help people in need around the world.”
One day, she’d love to explore Africa to see “the wildlife, deserts, and experience the different lifestyle and the daily struggles people face due to limited resources that are often taken for granted.” Erica lives by the personal mantra: “Never forget where you came from and always remember where you are going.”
