Through this Agency Order form, an entire campaign may be submitted to our Agency team for quality assurance, as well as ongoing retention and support. You may begin using this form to submit your Agency Orders immediately, and may do so without the use of any additional / individual forms. When do I use this form? Please use the following as a guideline of when you should use this form, vs the individual forms you've been using: An Agency Sold Order Form should be submitted for the following: \tA sold campaign in which an Agency RFP was first created. \tA sold campaign over a $1000/mo, even if the agency did not create the initial media plan, but where agency retention and post-sale support is needed. Please note that only when the Agency Sold Order Form is submitted will the agency be alerted of the sale for retention support. For orders under $1000/mo, which did not receive any agency planning support, please the individual product RFP or Sold Order forms.
