We’ve recently made a few helpful changes that we wanted to communicate with you!

New Pre-Sales RFP Form Updates:

In an effort to streamline and simplify our pre-sales workflow, we are pleased to inform you that we are merging our Big Pitch Creative request form and our Agency RFP form.

Beginning this week, you will be able to request high caliber creative along with your agency proposals for campaigns valued at $6,000 per month or greater. The ability to request Big Pitch creative with your proposal is based on availability.  This process change will eliminate extra steps for you and will allow you to receive one comprehensive proposal. When opting to include Big Pitch creative in your proposal, your turnaround will remain the same for Big Pitch, which is 5 days from your Discovery call. Upon receipt of your request, a member of the team will reach out to you to schedule your discovery call. When available, your Success Manager and Partner Developer Manager may also join you on the call.

New Agency Sold Order Form Updates:

The Agency Sold Order Form now breaks down media spend, management fee and retail/total on all relevant products; including Google Ads/PPC, YouTube TrueView, Facebook and Instagram paid ads. For example, if the media spend is $500 then the management fee is $500 x 1.3 = $650.  In this scenario $500 is the media spend, $150 is the management fee and $650 is the total retail. Please be sure to specify these three price breakdowns so we can ensure accurate delivery of solutions.

As a reminder, in May, a new drop down option for “Formal RFP” was added.  This type of RFP is typically a written formal document that often require advanced custom work and have extended deadlines.  Examples include, but are not limited to government and state RFP’s. Turnaround times will vary based on the request.
