Facebook recently announced the intent to sunset Facebook Analytics as of June 30, 2021. Users can continue to access reports, explore insights, and export charts & tables through June 30.
How can I access data and analytics from Facebook & Instagram after June 30?
Users will still be able to access information to help them understand their advertising, presence, and activities on the platform.
Facebook Business Suite is an all-in-one Facebook & Instagram Management Tool. It is available on Desktop and Mobile App, and shows an overview of everything for the two sites – likes, comments, ads updates, insights, unified inbox, and more.
Navigating to Business Suite, for clients:
To access Business Suite, log into the Facebook account associated with your business. Open the Business Page. You may see an option to “Try Business Suite” if eligible (not all business pages & users are eligible yet). IF eligible, you’ll be automatically redirected to Business Suite when you navigate to business.facebook.com on desktop.
Will this affect Social Presence campaign reporting?
Since Insights will still be available within Facebook (just under a different location moving forward), the structure for the 3rd party integration is remaining the same and therefore will still be available in the Social Reports as they are today. We will continue to navigate these changes and provide any updates as necessary.
Will this affect Paid Social campaign reporting?
Since Insights will still be available within Facebook as well as Google Analytics, we do not foresee any changes to reporting for Paid Social Campaigns. We will continue to navigate these changes and provide updates as needed.
