At Amplified Digital, the health and well-being of our employees, partners, clients, prospects, candidates, and the community are our top priority.
Like most of you, we have been following the news of the spread of COVID-19 throughout the United States. Following guidelines from our HR Department and the CDC, we are taking a few measures to ensure that we are able to continue serving your marketing and business needs, and we feel that it is important to be transparent about how we are responding to the situation.
Limiting Exposure
Amplified’s goal is to remain as accessible as possible to all of our valued clients and partners, while also minimizing physical exposure with you and your staff. In the weeks to come as we learn more about the Coronavirus, you may see some changes in our day to day operations:
While we typically operate with a large number of team members in our local offices, we have also been an advocate of remote working arrangements wherever and whenever appropriate. With the current situation, we are opening remote working arrangements to our traditionally in-office staff members where possible, and encouraging our employees to maintain appropriate distances from each other while still collaborating the same – if not more – on your campaigns.
Additionally during this time, and until further notice, we are encouraging our staff members to utilize teleconferencing and web based meeting solutions to engage with our partners, clients, potential clients, and candidates as often as possible.
While we always enjoy meeting and connecting in-person, we believe taking these steps in minimizing our exposure to each other is necessary at this time, and we are thrilled that technology allows us to continue connecting with you.
Travel
Amplified is currently discouraging unnecessary travel. We believe that limiting travel is one of the safest and easiest options for reducing infection and exposure risks. If an in-person meeting is vital to the success of your business, we may reach out to reschedule for a later date.
While our in-person contact may be limited, we are still dedicated to the success of our client’s campaigns and partner relationships. We are prepared to navigate these circumstances with everyone’s safety and health in mind, and will continue to monitor the situation and update our response.
